个人简介:

王晓琴,女,汉族,中共党员,理学博士。西北农林科技大学食品科学专业硕士,威尼斯9499登录入口生物资源化学与利用专业博士。20242月加入威尼斯9499登录入口,主要从事碳水化合物化学与营养学方面的研究。目前已在Carbohydrate PolymersFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood & Function等国际期刊累计发表论文14篇,参编英文著作一部。

研究方向:

复杂碳水化合物的结构与功能研究;糖链的化学修饰;基于生物质谱技术的糖链精细结构解析;天然寡糖的生物活性及构效关系
